Since we have switched to GURPS for the Southowilson campaign, there are a couple of areas that needed to be built up somewhat. These rules make heavy reference to GURPS Ultratech, 4th Edition.
These are NPC’s that have been encountered during the course of play in the Southowilson Campaign. They will likely become recurring characters, so this is a place to keep track of them.

Because the WW3 campaign represents early TL9 equipment, there are a few minor differences in the details. Please refer to this document rather than GURPS Ultra-Tech in any case where descriptions conflict. Note the changes, especially the night vision, and the reduced DR on the clamshell. The combined armor weighs 30lbs when worn as a complete suit.

This roster includes both active PC’s and NPC’s. Some of the NPC’s are PC’s of inactive players, and are available to fill in gaps in the table of organization if required by the dictates of the story. If not required, it is assumed that they are in a separate unit from the active players.
Instead of using character points to influence the drama of an action, instead we will be using the “hero point” mechanics found in so many different game systems. In a typical campaign where we use them, 3pts will be given to each PC at the start of each session. These points cannot be banked, but additional points can be awarded for dramatic play, regular attendance, et cetera.
These are the operating rules of the Sun Wukong.

The current year is Onin 1 (1467), and history differs somewhat from what is in the textbooks. Despite having a Shogunate, two Imperial Courts, and countless warlords, there isn’t really anyone that rules Japan. Warlords manipulate the Shogunate, the Imperial Courts manipulate the warlords, the Shogunate manipulates the Imperial Courts, and the Mongol Empire looms eternally in the background. It is quite complicated, and few understand all of its implications.
The Federal base in Los Angeles is referred to as “Fire Base Hollywood”. It is located on Mount Lee, within a hundred yards of the famous Hollywood sign. This base maintains a liaison with the “Beverly Hills Mafia”, providing protection in exchange for supplies. The position allows commanding views of LA and the Valley, as well as secure LOS commo links to the San Joaquin Valley.
After an 18 month hiatus, the World War Three campaign returns.
