CP2020 - Who Are the People In Your Neighborhood?
These are NPC’s that have been encountered during the course of play in the Southowilson Campaign. They will likely become recurring characters, so this is a place to keep track of them.
Pyotr Derevenko - Small time bookie in the European quarter, he never leaves the district for very long and hasn’t been outside of Southowilson in decades. Pyotr is a “BC Russian”, from the Russian colony on Vancouver Island.
Konstantin Derevenko - Pyotr’s uncle, a fixer and dockworker union rep. He gives Mitchell occasional work in both legal and non-legal arenas. Konstantin has vague connections to the SDI Crime Syndicate which controls the North Harbor.
Shannon McCreety - Mitchell’s Cousin, lives and runs a small cab company called “Suisun Rides” out of Suisun Point. He is Mitchell’s connection to the family, which bases in the area every few years. Shannon is forced to pay protection to Enzi Diya, due to his neighborhood location.
Zed and Zane Welder - Two brothers who stole drugs from Enzi Diya, leaving Shannon McCreety in the lurch. The first session was an effort to track the brothers, who are now members of the Death Head boostergang in Lindsey District.
Enzi Diya - Bastard son of crime lord “Big Daddy” Mombaza, who developed a side business with “borrowed” Mombaza drugs and cash. Enzi does not stand to inherit from his father’s position, and hopes to make his own name by dominating the Ikebara District. Formerly doing business with “Gravy” Chan, he now deals with Traxx instead.
Montesquieu “Gravy” Chan - A mid-level independent fixer in Ikebara District, Gravy works out of an apartment building in SE Ikebara District. He employs the Mex-Samoans (a group of very large Spanish-speaking Samoan brothers and cousins from the LA Sprawl) as goons and enforcers. Gravy was recently dealt a rough beating by Traxx’s crew which has displaced him in Enzi Diya’s schemes.
Foster Wallace - An executive on the go, in a VP track director’s position at Cian GmbH. He is involved in the project development side of things, and stands to be fairly powerful in future years – assuming his hobbies don’t get the better of him. Foster Wallach is a greedy bastard, and not a good person, but he does take care of his friends; having him in your debt can be handy later. He is also a fine financial manager and project leader.
Aster Sturdevant - An ambitious young ladder-climber from Scandia. He desires the comfortable position of power and influence, but is smart enough to be patient until the time is right. Aster is a talented young man, intelligent and ambitious. He transferred to Cian GmbH’s Southowilson office, and immediately ran afoul of Foster Wallach.
